The program not only educates you on how to exercise safely and effectively, but also gives you progressive challenges that will take you to your next level of fitness. I also work with my clients on healthy lifestyle changes and nutritional guidance that support their commitment to optimal fitness.

My yoga training is as much about finding your inner strength and flexibility as it is about finding the outer. To do this work, I teach my students to find balance through yoga postures, breath work and mindful meditation. Everyone's journey is uniquely theirs. A committed and regular yoga practice can guild you to that place of freedom and flexibility that carries over to all areas of life.
