Hi, I’m Catherine Hill

I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a personal trainer and longevity strength coach based in Tampa, and I help people build strength, balance, and confidence so they can stay active and independent as they move through life.

Who I Work With

Many of the people I work with are at a point where they want something different from traditional fitness.

They’re not looking for extreme workouts or crowded gyms.

They want to feel:

• stronger in their everyday life
• more stable and confident in their movement
• supported by someone who understands their body
• consistent without feeling overwhelmed

I especially love working with clients who are ready to invest in their long-term health and want to stay active for years to come.

My Approach

My work is centered around functional fitness for real life.

That means we focus on:

• building strength safely and progressively
• improving balance and preventing falls
• supporting joints and reducing pain
• creating routines that are sustainable

Every session is personalized so you feel supported, challenged, and confident in what you’re doing.

My Story

Movement has always been a part of my life.

I started teaching fitness at a young age and quickly discovered how much I loved helping others feel strong and capable in their bodies.

Over time, my own approach to fitness evolved.

I moved away from high-intensity, calorie-focused workouts and became more interested in how we can move well, stay pain-free, and continue doing the things we love as we age.

Through my own experiences, injuries, and life transitions, I’ve learned that strength, balance, and consistency matter more than intensity.

That’s what I now bring to my clients.
